Classification of electric vehicle controllers
Feb 07, 2023| The electric vehicle controller is divided into two types in structure, which we call separate type and integral type.
1. Separated type: the so-called separation refers to the separation of the controller body and the display part. The latter is installed on the handlebar, and the controller body is hidden in the car body compartment or electric box, not exposed outside. In this way, the connection distance between the controller and the power supply and motor is shortened, and the appearance of the car body is simple.
2. Integrated: the control part and display part are integrated into one, and are installed in a delicate special plastic box. The box is installed in the middle of the handlebar. The panel of the box has a number of small holes with an aperture of 4-5mm and is coated with transparent waterproof film. LED is set at the corresponding position in the hole to indicate the vehicle speed, power supply and remaining battery power.
