1. Set the multimeter at+20 engine (DC) gear and measure the high and low potential of the brake handle output signal first.

2. If the handle signal has a potential change of more than 4V when the handle is pinched, the handle fault can be eliminated.

3. Then carry out circuit analysis according to the voltage value of the main control Shimin logic chip measured according to the function table of the common Shimin pin of the brush controller, and check whether the value of the peripheral components (resistance, capacitance, diode) of each chip is consistent with the identification on the surface of the component.

4. Finally, check whether the peripheral devices or integrated circuits are faulty. We can eliminate the fault by replacing the devices of the same model.
